Race 7 - Kalmar
6 Fighter Kronos impressed a lot last time in the Kriterierevanschen. The horse is a bit tricky and shoes now is of course a small question mark, but normally he has top chance here.
3 Ortega Newport is not quite as capable as our pick but on the way up and he finished with energy left last time. First American bike now and towards the front.
5 Jeriko Brick has won over half of his races and is a quick starter.
7 Double Nature is really good and on the way up after illness.

Race 8 - Kalmar
5 Global Delayed got a tough run until the first over last time and was very brave against horses like Canali and Always A Pleasure. Easier now and favorite for the lead.
1 Nyras Lars R. had paused briefly before the last race but put in a good finish. Improved by that race. This lane is a question mark though.
7 Notorious Zon has good speed and has been quite heavily backed in the V75 several times during last year. He comes from an easy victory.
8 Nightwatcher got locked in last time and is better than the latest results show.

Race 9 - Kalmar
6 I Am Don Max was heavily backed in the last St Leger race, but got a tough journey from the front. Much easier now, and in the race before he was superior from the front.
2 King Kong was fine and won easily from the front in the comeback second last. He is gifted and wants to go there again.
4 Tour de Valley has good skills but was perhaps not at his best from the outside of the leader last time.
3 Candle T.T. is consistent and good and followed well in the lead second last.
