V86® (jackpot): "Could be hard to beat in the lead"

Three days before Christmas Eve. A jackpot-infused V86® card.
The Åby-licensed trainer Per Henriksen could be the key to an early Christmas gift.
"If they could make it to the lead again I think she could be very hard to beat" he says about his best chance of the evening.

A V86® card that wasn't too hard to solve last week resulted in a jackpot this Wednesday.
A sole winner on V86 can according to the calculations be SEK 18 million richer, a first-class Christmas gift already three days before Christmas Eve. The last V86 card of the year is split between Solvalla and Åby, and at the latter track, hometown trainer Per Henriksen could be a deciding factor. He sends out three starters this Wednesday evening and his best chance comes – according to himself – in the fifth leg.
The German-born, five-year-old mare 1 Lady Breeze (V86-5) arrived at the Henriksen stable this past fall and has won two races for her new trainer. Last time out at Färjestad, she lead every step of the race.
"She won very easily on the front end in her last start and she was far from tired at the finish line, she trotted around 1:12 the last 500 meters which made it hard for the others to catch her. We drew the same post position again, it suits her well and if they could make it to the lead again I think she should be very hard to beat. If they don't hold up the lead, she is guaranteed a good trip anyway and should still be able to finish top three" says Per and adds:
"I think Lady Breeze is my best chance of the evening".

Has shown great form in his last starts
That does not mean there can't be more than one win for the Åby trainer this Wednesday evening.
Six-year-old 4 Kadabra Dream (V86-3) has shown very good results lately. The gelding was an upset winner at Bjerke against good horses back in early November and has continued with another win and in his most recent start he finished second. He was close to the winner after a tough trip.
"Kadabra Dream is in very good form right now, I would say it's as good as it could be. We drew a decent post position, if nothing happens he should be able to finish top three here. I don't know if he has any chance of getting to the lead, he hasn't raced much on the front end, but he's the type of horse that likes a trip and come from behind and he can close really fast with the right trip. He could win".

The form is getting better and better - but not the post position
The third starter from the Henriksen stable is 11 FromHeaven Idzarda (V86-1) in the opening leg.
A horse with better form than the program shows, but due to a not so good post position he has to be considered a longshot this time.
"He closed well last time out and two starts ago he got locked in, so he has gotten better and better I think. But the post position is terrible since he’s not a horse who likes to do too much work himself in a race. If things would work out from that post position, he could get a good check, but that's all we can hope for from there" says Per Henriksen, who says that there will be no equipment changes on his horses and that all three race well with shoes.
