V75® (jackpot): "I would use both on my ticket"

Markus Waldmüller has kick-started 2025.
On Saturday, his success can continue in V75®.
The Jägersro licensed trainer has two dangerous starters at his home track.
"I would use both on my ticket," he says.

The first V75® jackpot of the year comes at Jägersro and it is quite likely that Markus Waldmüller will have a main role as the pool worth SEK 40 million for all seven winners picked will be distributed. The hometown trainer has wind in his sails and two weeks into the year, his winning percentage is 41 —7 wins in 17 starts.
"We are off to a great start this year. Our horses have delivered since September and gotten better with time. We have nice horses in the stable and many of them have performed extremely well," says Markus Waldmüller.
The 46-year-old German native got his professional trainer's license this past summer and won 21 races with earnings of SEK 1.7 million before the year was over. Numbers that pretty much are guaranteed to be beaten by far this year.
"I have 80 horses in training and I want to win races every week. We have nice horses in our stable with some nice 3-year-olds that will come out later that I hope will race really well. Many of our horses have climbed up the classes so, it will be interesting with V75 and such".

Good chance to win despite the tricky post
Markus Waldmüller's first V75 win might come already this weekend. 12 Laban Lagö (V75-4) delivered a powerful finishing rally in his last start, when he won after having rounded the field four wide in the last turn.
"I was pleased with him. My plan was to race him from behind and there was no problem taking him off the gate and finding a spot. He is a strong closer and the effort was excellent".
This week, Laban Lagö starts from post position twelve in the second tier behind the gate in a short distance race and since it's an apprentice race, Markus Waldmüller over the lines to Dwight Pieters.
"Everything seems well in training after his last start and two weeks in between starts is optimal for him. I'm actually happy with the post position. From there, Dwight can race him from behind, the same way I did, last time out. If he gets a decent trip and the pace is high, I think he has a good chance to win".

"Done everything right"
The following race is Class 3, where Markus Waldmüller drives the talented 4-year-old 10 Glorious Art (V75-5), who has three wins and one second place in his four career starts. '"He has done everything right, so far. He has post position ten in his V75 debut and he could get a good trip from there. He has some good qualities and it will be very interesting to see him in this race. He has only made four starts and it's hard for me rank him in the race but he's in good form and has good speed so, I can imagine he will end up fighting for it, with some luck along the way".

It sounds like you have two horses that the bettors should be very interested in?
