All eyes in harness racing are on Elitloppet

On Saturday and Sunday, harness racing fans on four continents are following the TV broadcasts from the Elitlopp weekend. Viewers and bettors from 16 countries, not counting Sweden, can view the live broadcasts from the races at Solvalla.
“I’m honored to be a part of the international broadcast to guide all the harness racing fans through this trotting fest” says Peter Andersson who is the host this weekend in ATG Swedish Racing, ASR.

There is a big international interest in Solvalla’s races and customers of ATG’s partners can follow it all through ATG’s English speaking channel ASR. In the broadcasts on Saturday and Sunday, Peter Andersson is joined by expert commentators Michael Laudon and Willhelm “Wim” Paal, German top driver and known for winning the 2018 Elitlopp with Ringostarr Treb. The reporter is Kristin Riise Ödegård - normally based in France - and calling the races Saturday is Harry Cheadle and on Sunday Anette Lennon.

”Everyone has different strengths and experiences from both Swedish as well as international harness racing and complete each other very well. It will be exciting and a pleasure to together take the viewers through everything this weekend has to offer” says Peter Andersson.

ASR can be watched through ATG’s partners in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland/the Aland Islands, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, South Africa and the United States.

“We know that the international broadcasts with both a studio and reporters are appreciated. It feels wonderful that the audience that makes Elitloppet unique in the harness racing world is coming back” says Ylva Svensson, Head of International at ATG.
